Terms of Service

1. What this is

This service ("the service") is run by Ospry Suite Ltd (company number 17455389), registered at 7 Walnut Way, Leicester, LE8 5TJ ("we", "us"). It audits websites, tracks search visibility, and, where you connect your own systems, makes changes you or your clients approve. It is offered as-is, it is actively developed, and features may change or be withdrawn with reasonable notice.

2. Your account

• You must give accurate details and keep your password to yourself.
• You may only audit and modify websites you own or are authorised to work on. Pointing the service at someone else's site without authority is a breach of these terms and we may close your account for it.
• One workspace per business. Your data is not visible to other workspaces.

3. Changes the service makes to websites

Where you connect a website (for example via WordPress), the service only writes changes that you, your client, or your agency explicitly approve. We keep a record of what was changed and when. You are responsible for the content you approve — including its accuracy and its compliance with advertising rules for your trade.

4. Honest data

The service reports what it measures. Where something cannot be measured it says so rather than estimating. We do not guarantee rankings, traffic, or any commercial outcome — nobody honestly can.

5. Acceptable use

• No attempting to access other workspaces' data.
• No using the service to attack, overload, or probe websites or networks.
• You may use the service for your clients, including under your own name where your plan allows it. You remain responsible to your clients for the work you do with it, and you may not resell bare access to the service itself as a substitute for a subscription.

6. Availability and liability

The service may be unavailable, slow, or wrong, and we may lose data despite reasonable backups. Measurements come from third parties including Google, and where something cannot be measured the service says so rather than guessing. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

7. Ending things

You can delete your workspace at any time from Settings, which removes your data as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms, with notice where reasonable.

8. The legal bits

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If a court finds part of them unenforceable, the rest still stands. We may update these terms; if we do, we'll tell you in the product and the date above will change.
